Who We Are
The New Hampshire & Vermont Council of Charitable Gift Planners provides professional development and networking opportunities to nonprofit professionals and professional advisors across New Hampshire and Vermont. We promote successful charitable gift planning through educational workshops for charitable institutions and their development and gift planning officers, independent fundraising consultants, attorneys, accountants, and financial planners.
The Council has been known by many names through the years. We formed in the early 1990s as the Upper Valley Planned Giving Council and later became known as the Planned Giving Council of NH and VT. In 2017 we began doing business as the New Hampshire and Vermont Council of Charitable Gift Planners to align with our national organization: the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners. But whatever our name, we pride ourselves on being a vital resource for the charitable and professional communities in New Hampshire and Vermont.
